Next date: Wednesday, 19 November 2025 | 06:30 PM to 07:30 PM

Join transformative author and speaker Kath Essing as she shares the deeply personal and empowering story behind her memoir, The Courage to Speak Your Truth.

Drawing on over 15 years of experience in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Positive Psychology, and Psychotherapy, Kath blends professional insight with lived experience of family violence to guide audiences through understanding how unspoken truths can block self-acceptance, intimacy, and inner peace.

In this session, Kath introduces her groundbreaking Shifting the Narrative framework, offering practical tools to break silence, find clarity, and reconnect with your authentic self.

Whether seeking healing, empowerment, or deeper connection, participants will leave inspired to embrace vulnerability, speak their truth, and live with courage, confidence, and compassion.
