SPEAKER

Female speaker - Kath Essing

Know your truth so you can share it.

With over 15 years of experience working with individuals and organisations, Kath recognises the burdens of silence and the unspoken words that create barriers to genuine connection with ourselves and others.

This silence can lead to feelings of isolation, obstructing the path to authentic self-understanding. The message is clear: the transformative journey toward self-discovery and meaningful relationships begins with the courage to voice our truths.

Having experienced the weight of unexpressed emotions for many years, we understand that it’s often not just the significant events that remain unspoken; it’s the pain in everyday moments that becomes too heavy to bear.

To break free from the silence that fractures our lives and leads to isolation, we must first know ourselves.

The Shifting the Narrative framework is dedicated to dismantling this cycle by teaching individuals how to cultivate self-awareness and embrace their unique stories.

Where it all began.

In 2024 I embarked on the journey of preparing a TED Talk, crafting and delivering it to Carmine Gallo, a renowned expert in the field of public speaking.

His response?

He loved it, and so did everyone else. This experience helped me uncover the framework for a potential book. You can watch the talk here, and feel free to reach out if you'd like me to speak at your upcoming event.
