SPEAKER
A Speaker Advocating for Speaking Your Truth.
Kath Essing understands the burdens that silence imposes and the unspoken words that create barriers to genuine connection with others and within ourselves. This deafening silence can breed isolation, obstructing the path to authentic self-understanding. Kath believes the transformative journey toward self-discovery and meaningful connections begins with the courage to voice our truths.
Having lived for over two decades in silence, Kath knows intimately the profound weight of unexpressed experiences. Her passion lies in empowering individuals to express their true selves unapologetically, not seeking validation but fulfilling an inherent desire for belonging and authentic connection. Silence often fractures our lives and fosters isolation, and Kath is dedicated to dismantling this cycle.
Where it all began.
In 2024 I embarked on the journey of preparing a TED Talk, crafting and delivering it to Carmine Gallo, a renowned expert in the field of public speaking.
His response?
He loved it, and so did everyone else. This experience helped me uncover the framework for a potential book. You can watch the talk here, and feel free to reach out if you'd like me to speak at your upcoming event.
